9. Late Cancellations and Failed To Attend

Policy

We have a policy in place for late cancellations and absences. This helps us to maintain a robust system that enables all patients to schedule appointments easily. If you need to change your appointment schedule or date, we just need at least hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate another patient in your place.

If you miss more than two appointments without notifying us 48 hours in advance, we may be unable to complete your treatment or continue providing you with NHS care in the future. Additionally, a deposit is required for all treatment visits.
